The Smile Book II was produced by Pharmacia & Upjohn Animal Health through the tireless efforts of Jan Bellows, DVM, one of the elite group of veterinarians in the United States who have achieved diplomate status with the American Veterinary Dental College.

Dr. Bellows is also one of the approximately 300 veterinarians in the U.S. who have achieved diplomate status with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, certified in both canine and feline subspecialties. His office, All Pets Dental Clinic in Pembroke Pines, Florida, is an outstanding example of how dentistry can help a practice grow and gain extraordinary loyalty from clients.

Dr. Bellows has been among the pioneers in veterinary dentistry using photographs, radiographs and client eduction tools to help pet owners understand the benefits of providing dental care to their pets. It is his passion for providing the best dental care for his patients and his zeal to educate others that has propelled Dr. Bellows to the top of his profession.

The Smile Book II was created to complement the original 1996 Smile Book, also produced by Pharmacia & Upjohn Animal Health with the assistance of Dr. Bellows.
