A 12 year old siamese presented for teeth cleaning. Physical exam showed multiple missing teeth and interesting radiographic findings

I am mainly concerned with the lucency apical to the right mandibular canine.

After multiple views of the apex and pulp chamber I figured the pulp was viable and the problem was not endodontic, I chose to flap the lesion, found yellow cyst like gel removed the 3rd premolar and packed the area with consil.
